2004 LAUGHING JACK SHIRAZ - TASTING NOTES      **CURRENT VINTAGE**

The Outstanding Laughing Jack Barossa Valley Shiraz.
The grapes are sourced from each of the Kalleske's three vineyards and were hand picked at their optimum. Berries were small and of intense flavour concentration with solid ripe tannins. Rich black Shiraz aromas of pepper, spice, blackberry and ripe plum fill the nose with accents of mint and eucalyptus framed by sweet cedary oak.
The palate is beautifully structured with extreme depth and concentration of flavour with rich black fruits, licorice and a long finish of plush, fine grained tannins.
