Appearance: The colour is vibrant crimson red.

Aroma: Lifted blackberry, plums, black current, cloves and cedar notes

Palate: Rich black fruits, chocolate, liquorice, integrated cedary oak and supple tannins

100% Barossa Valley Shiraz

Production: 2000 cases

pH: 3.47

Acid: 6.90

Alcohol: 14.5%

Maturation: 80% American Oak (20% new) 20% seasoned French Oak.

Cellar potential: 10 Years with careful cellaring
